Why work on a contract basis?
- We plan capacity in advance. Once we know your annual volume forecast we build the machine calendar around it, so you're not hunting for capacity when demand rises.
- Engineering support comes up front. We work as an extension of your team, not a one-off supplier. When a new part is introduced, manufacturability and cost feedback lands on the table before the design is finished, not after.
One partner, one roof
Your parts are produced at our own facility in Istanbul, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Printing, post-processing and dimensional measurement happen under the same roof, so parts don't travel between suppliers; lead times shorten and, when something goes wrong, accountability stays in one place. We keep your designs confidential by default, and the confidentiality clause is part of the contract.

Part list and feasibility
Share your part list and volume forecasts; for each part we work out the right process, finish and cost together.

Sample and sign-off
First samples are produced before the series begins, and expectations for dimensions, finish and assembly are signed off on a real part. The approved sample is kept as the reference, and later batches are checked against it.

Contract
Volumes, delivery schedule, quality criteria and confidentiality are put in writing: a single document that leaves nothing open.

First batch
Your parts are scheduled with priority. The first batch is produced, inspected and delivered within days of the contract taking effect.

Ongoing production
Later batches follow the agreed calendar. As your forecasts move we update volumes and delivery plans together, and adding a new part doesn't require a new contract.
