Why MJF works in automotive
Vehicle programs move fast; with mold-free production a new iteration goes into the build as soon as the file is updated. PA12 handles vibration, temperature swings and exposure to oils and greases, so it works on the line and inside the vehicle. Because powder bed fusion gives consistent strength in every direction, parts behave predictably in real use.
Finished to automotive standards
A visible interior trim piece and a jig on the line don't share the same surface expectations. On our in-house post-processing line we bead blast, paint and refine surfaces, matching RAL codes and OEM color references in matte, satin and gloss. Parts are delivered dimensionally inspected and ready to integrate straight into the vehicle or the line.
