We don't hand over a model and step away
Zenis is a manufacturer, not a broker. Once approved, your model goes into MJF production at our Istanbul facility, with FDM or SLA stepping in where the geometry or end use calls for them. Post-processing and dimensional measurement happen under the same roof, so parts arrive ready for assembly. And because production needs no tooling there is no volume pressure: the same model serves a single replacement part and recurring runs of end-use parts alike.
From part to model: how it works

Initial details and quote
Share a photo of the part, its approximate dimensions and its material. Tell us what you need, too: only the CAD model, or the part remade. With that we scope the work and the timeline.

Send us the part
Ship it to us or drop it off in person at our Istanbul facility. Once the part is in our hands we finalise the price and the lead time.

3D scanning
The part's geometry is captured by scanning, including surface contours, fine details and reachable internal features.

Model creation
The scan data is reverse-engineered into a clean, editable CAD model: something you can actually work with, not a raw mesh.

Delivery and revision
We deliver the model in your preferred format, make any adjustments together and you sign off on the final version.

Into production
With your approval the model goes straight to the production line. MJF is our area of expertise, with FDM or SLA stepping in where geometry or end use requires it.
When it's the right approach
Four scenarios cover most of the work we do in this service. Once the model is approved, the job usually continues on one of the lines below.
Discontinued spare parts
When the original manufacturer no longer supplies a gear, bracket, housing or coupling, we digitize it so you can reproduce it on demand. The machine keeps running without depending on a supplier.

Pre-CAD legacy parts
Old machine components that never had a drawing get a proper model and access to modern manufacturing methods, putting long-term availability on solid ground.

Once benchtop jigs and clamping fixtures are digitized, they can be reproduced identically across lines and facilities.
