Jigs and Fixtures
Bench jigs, holding fixtures and assembly templates speed up repetitive work on the line and cut the margin for error. They are designed for your line and produced within days, and when the process changes, replacing one means updating a file.
Let's talk about your project. Send your part or your parts list; we'll come back with scope and lead time within 24 hours, most often the same business day.
Get a quote for Jigs and FixturesDesigned for your line
Every jig is built around your part's geometry and the operation on your line.
Light and durable
PA12 jigs are noticeably lighter than machined aluminum, and operators feel it.
Won't mar surfaces
A plastic contact surface handles painted or delicate parts without marking them.
Quick to replace
A worn jig is reprinted identical from the file, with no hand-fitting needed.
The case against machined metal
PA12 jigs are considerably lighter than machined aluminum, a difference an operator lifting fixtures all day feels every shift. The plastic surface won't mar painted or delicate parts, removing the need to wrap metal fixtures in felt or tape. Conformal surfaces that follow your part's exact form are expensive to machine but free to design additively. And there is no CNC queue to wait behind, so the jig is on your line within days.
When the process changes, so does the jig
Because the jig is produced from a digital file, a line revision only means updating the model, and the new version is in your hands within days. A worn or damaged jig is reprinted identical, with no hand-fitting or re-measuring. For parallel stations we produce as many matching copies as you need, so no differences creep in between stations.
What we produce
Assembly templates
Templates that guarantee parts come together in the right order and position, so the operator doesn't measure every time.
Holding and clamping fixtures
Conformal nests that hold the part still during an operation, cutting errors caused by vibration and slipping.
Drill and positioning guides
Guides that remove hand-marking of hole positions and give the same result on every part.
Robotic end-of-arm tooling
Lightweight grippers, adapter plates and sensor mounts. Less mass frees up the robot's payload and shortens cycle time.
Inspection and test fixtures
Go/no-go gauges, measurement stops and electronic test nests that make quality control independent of the operator's eye.
On-line guides and locators
Small aids that guide, locate and stop parts falling on the conveyor, often the fastest win of all.
