UAV and Aerospace
UAV and aerospace development programmes manage weight, geometry and schedule all at once. Zenis manufactures airframe and structural parts, equipment housings, test hardware, and ground equipment for UAV and unmanned platform projects using tooling-free MJF production. Parts are made at our own facility in Istanbul, and design revisions flow into the next build with no mold cost.
Let's talk about your project. Send your part or your parts list; we'll come back with scope and lead time within 24 hours, most often the same business day.

PA12 has a density of about 1 g/cm³, roughly a third of aluminium. The lighter the part, the longer the flight time and the greater the payload.
Ground support
Clamping fixtures, benchtop aids and test parts, all produced without tooling.
Flat iteration cost
Every design revision goes into the next build with no tooling investment.
A clear scope
Airworthiness and qualification stay with your program; we produce the parts.

Why MJF for UAVs and unmanned platforms?
At UAV scale, every gram comes straight out of endurance or payload. MJF-printed PA12 pairs low density with impact and vibration resistance, and powder bed fusion gives parts largely direction-independent strength. With no support structures needed, topology-optimized brackets and integrated cable channels print as one piece. Real weight saving starts in CAD: we shape lattice and shell structures with our DfAM support.

Scope: from prototype to the flying part
We build functional prototypes, test and validation parts, ground support equipment, clamping fixtures and low-volume end-use parts. Tooling-free production keeps iteration cost flat: every revision goes into the next build with no extra investment. The scope is clear: airworthiness and qualification stay with your program, and we produce the parts repeatably.

Scanning, inspection, and finishing under one roof
Parts are produced at our own facility in Istanbul under ISO 9001:2015 processes. With post-processing and dimensional measurement under the same roof, parts ship finished and with critical dimensions verified. When a part has no CAD data, 3D scanning turns it into a manufacturable model, a real time-saver for undocumented spares.
