Why MJF for prototypes?
The real question is this: are you only going to look at this part, or use it?
- You get what you drew. Because no support structures are needed, internal channels, lattices and single-piece mechanisms don't get redrawn out of manufacturability concerns.
- Unlike FDM, it isn't weak along the layer direction. The prototype genuinely takes load, and where it breaks doesn't depend on build orientation.
- Unlike SLA, it isn't brittle. You can fit the part into an assembly and try it in the field.
Even so, we recommend SLA for visual presentation models and FDM for oversized trials that won't fit the build volume. All three run at the same facility.

All six steps run at our own facility in Istanbul; the part never leaves our hands.

Quote
Send your STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF file or your technical drawing. Your quote is ready within 24 hours, most often the same business day.

Model review
Our engineers review the model for additive manufacturing: thin walls, corrections that improve durability and suggestions that lower cost all come up at this stage.
- 03
Production
With your approval the part enters the production queue. MJF is our area of expertise; FDM or SLA step in when the part's geometry or budget calls for it.

Post-processing
Powder removal and bead blasting are standard. Dyeing, color matching and mechanical finishing are added on request.

Dimensional inspection
We compare critical dimensions against the CAD model, and on complex geometries we run a deviation analysis with 3D scanning. A part that falls outside tolerance is not shipped; it is remade.

Dispatch
Approved parts are shipped. Priority production is available for urgent projects; we agree on it at the quote stage.
