Material and process: evaluated together
In medical and medical-adjacent work there is no single right answer. We evaluate material and process together with you, around where and how the part will be used: cleaning frequency, chemical exposure and mechanical load drive the decision. Sterilisation compatibility should be validated against your own process.
Consistency and confidentiality
When a project moves from R&D into production support, the part has to stay the same from batch to batch. We keep the approved first sample as the reference and measure later batches against the same criteria. When the design changes, the new version goes into production within days, with no tooling to wait for. We keep your project information confidential by default and sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
