Why it matters that it's all in house
- Colour and texture don't drift between batches. The entire post-processing line runs at our own facility with the same parameters. Put two boxes delivered six months apart side by side and you won't see the difference.
The finishing options
We run four finishing lines, and we pick one or several together depending on where the part will be used.
Bead blasting
Fine abrasive particles are propelled at the surface at speed, clearing residual powder and minor imperfections and leaving a uniform matte texture across the whole part. It is applied to all our parts as standard and prepares the surface for painting.

Vapor smoothing
Controlled vapor melts the outermost layer and closes the micro-pores. The part becomes sealed and gains a gloss close to injection moulding. Because a thin layer effect forms on the surface, we plan tight-tolerance areas together before production.

Painting and color matching
In black dyeing the color penetrates the surface: it won't peel like a coating, and wear never reveals a different color underneath. Where a brand color or industrial standard is required, the part is primed, painted under controlled conditions and sealed with a protective topcoat.

Mechanical finishing and integration
Threaded insert installation, drilling, tapping and reaming, deburring and edge refinement, and multi-part sub-assembly. The part arrives as a working unit, ready to install.
