Privacy Policy
Effective date: 8 September 2026
This policy explains what information you send us through zenis.com.tr, why we process it, who we share it with and how long we keep it. The confidentiality of your technical files is a commitment we make before any contract is signed; this document is that commitment in writing.
Data controller
This website is operated by Zenis Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Zenis Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

What we collect
We only process information you send us yourself:
- Contact form: full name, company name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
- Quote form: the above plus the CAD and technical files you upload, quantity, material and post-processing preferences, your delivery expectation and project notes.
- The content of your correspondence if you reach us directly by email or phone.
- Technical records: IP address and request time on form submissions. These are kept solely to limit automated and abusive submissions.
Why we process it
Our purposes are limited:
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and run the production process.
- To manufacture, deliver and invoice the part once an order is placed.
- To prevent form abuse and unsolicited submissions.
- To meet statutory retention, bookkeeping and documentation obligations.
Legal basis
Our processing rests on KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-(ç) (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest). Where processing falls outside these grounds, we ask for your explicit consent.
Confidentiality of your technical files
CAD files and project information are treated as confidential by default. Only the team involved in quoting and production has access; they are never shared with third parties and never used as a reference or for marketing.
On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before work begins. Files uploaded through the quote form are held in private storage; their links are not publicly accessible.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or open your information to third parties for marketing. It is shared only to the extent the work requires, with these service providers:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and storage of files uploaded through the quote form.
- Uzman Posta / Natro — email infrastructure.
- Courier companies — name, address and phone, for delivery only.
- Our accountant and competent public authorities — where legally required.
International transfers
The servers of Vercel Inc., our hosting and file storage provider, are located outside Türkiye. Information you send through the site may therefore be processed abroad. Such transfers are made within the scope of KVKK Art. 9 and under the provider's contractual commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and contact records for at most three years after the enquiry is closed. Where the enquiry becomes a contract, statutory bookkeeping obligations extend this to ten years. On request, we delete the CAD files you uploaded once the quoting process is closed.
Cookies
The site uses no cookies other than one strictly necessary cookie that remembers your language preference. There are no advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies. You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time; the only effect is that your language preference resets.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection, uploaded files are held in private storage, and email traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Access rights are limited to the people the work requires.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and notification of that correction to the parties it was transferred to.
- Request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met.
- Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis.
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated over time. The effective date appears at the top of the page and is updated whenever a material change is made.
